1. The Time Traveller's Wife is out today.
2. Going to see said movie with the Broads.
3. Made salsa for the first time.
4. Canned the salsa I made, also a first. Filled four jars. Four jars of what must surely be some of the most expensive salsa ever. I have to make more even if it's horrible, just to get my per jar cost down into the low double digits.
5. Did I mention I'm not working tonight?

1. Less hot, less humid today than the past few days.
2. I think I have a game plan for making salsa, thus using up the large quantity of tomatoes, tomatillas, and peppers of all varieties that I have accumulated in the past two days.
3. Night out with the Broads tomorrow.
4. I don't have to work tomorrow, which makes #3 possible.
5. I am glad I know the Smiths, for whom today is so significant.
